Tangerine Twilight – Office beach, Wallaroo, South Australia (DSC-RX100 1/100–f/4.5 23.27mm)

twilit walk – breezy moving leaves – dappling sunset gold – cumulus horizon – tangerine bulging bursts – lambent sky bronze – puffs yellow bright – too many dreams

And your photography is wonderful, too. I know how hard it is to market oneself, but just keep putting it out there…the world needs more beauty.

    Thank you for sharing You.

Thanks Marianne 🙂 Sometimes I just don’t think self marketing and art go very well together, but you’re right of course. Creativity really has nothing at all to do with marketing and commerce 🙂

Life’s a mixture of sound and colour… especially yours, as I see… enjoy it to the limit, you can never have “too many dreams”

Yes indeed. A sunset the colour of dreams! Is happiness in the chasing of dreams or in the fulfilment of those dreams?

        I’m a hunter, baby… so why don’t you kill me?”” :)) Just joking 😉
I think chasing them makes me happier (even it took some time accepting it)… when I look back…

From ‘Loser’ by Beck right? Heh, I used to have all of his albums years ago 🙂 The learning is in the chasing is it not?

Well…a chaser of more sleep and more time to do things nowadays! I think I had more dreams before the internet turned those dreams into the same ones other people have across the world. I’ve been thinking about it a lot though. The web allows you to connect globally, but it also makes you another number. A nobody. Just another speck in a big world. I’m not sure I like that. It seems like you have to work harder in all the noise just to find a voice. Still, I think everyone has a core made of dreams inside them somewhere. Some people misplace it, but it’s always there. Children have it; but how to keep that as you grow older?

I also feel time’s passing by… too fast… there’s never enough time for “right here, right now”…
I absolutely agree… all this… reduces us to numbers… on the other side… we wouldn’t be here, without it… hmmm
Still feel and act like a child sometimes… I also think there’s a child inside -as you said about dreams- of us… no matter how old we are… 🙂
There’s so much to say, such a controversial subject, Steve…

And it seems to pass more quickly the older we get! I know what you mean. There’s a dilemma in it. On the one hand, the web reduces us to just another number, but on the other it does allow us to talk to people we would never have spoken to before. Maybe I’ll post about it. These thoughts have been swirling in my head for a while now, so it might be good to get them down in writing.

That’s what I had in mind… Sorry, my English is so bad… I’m outta practice… but you got my point 🙂
I always write when I want to clear my mind…

Your English seems quite fine to me, considering you also speak other languages! As you know, my French is restricted to about three words, so you’re up on me! I used to do a lot of creative writing, but now I use cameras to clear my mind.

Well, I have no excuses. When I came here, my English was great. But I couldn’t speak German, I didn’t studied it at school… so… had to learn it by myself… wich wasn’t easy…
My French is awfull, Sir… :-/
Just German, a bit English and a bit Spanish… and my native language, of course… so no, I’m not up on you…

That is a feat all by itself learning a language alone! I am impressed 🙂 You are multi-lingual, and that is a skill indeed. How are you today?

Thank you ! All just playing with sounds. Often I like the sounds of words together. You’re so quick! I posted this only moments ago 🙂
